Postgraduate early-bird confirmation discount

Eligible postgraduate offer holders who complete their next steps by Tuesday 30 June 2026 will receive a £500 early-bird confirmation discount.

Next steps depend on your offer status – you can see an overview below and step-by-step instructions further down this page. All of the next steps can be completed in the applicant portal.

This discount is only for students who require a Student visa to study in the UK and must pay our £5,000 tuition fee deposit. If you are not required to pay a deposit, you will not be eligible to receive the early-bird confirmation discount.

The early-bird confirmation discount can be combined with some University of 91传媒 scholarships and awards.

Conditional offer holders – next steps:

Accept your offer to study at 91传媒 (if you haven't already)
Pay your deposit by 23.59 BST on Tuesday 30 June to receive the early-bird confirmation discount.

Unconditional offer holders – next steps:

Accept your offer to study at 91传媒 (if you haven't already)
Pay your deposit, and
Request your CAS by 23.59 BST on Tuesday 30 June to receive the early-bird confirmation discount.

£500 early-bird confirmation discount

The early-bird confirmation discount is a tuition fee discount for postgraduate international offer holders joining us in September 2026.

This discount is only for students who require a Student visa to study in the UK and must pay our £5,000 tuition fee deposit.

This discount will be applied automatically to your remaining tuition fee balance.

The early-bird confirmation discount can be combined with:

Vice-Chancellor international scholarship
USA Scholars' Award
Dean's Global Talent Award
Agent Channel Award
Overseas Partner Award.

Conditional offer holders

In order to receive the £500 early-bird confirmation discount, you must have accepted your offer and paid your deposit by 23.59 BST on Tuesday 30 June.

Unconditional offer holders

In order to receive the £500 early-bird confirmation discount, you must have accepted your offer, paid your deposit and requested your CAS by 23.59 BST on Tuesday 30 June.

Eligibility criteria

You must meet all of the below eligibility criteria:

be required to have a Student visa
be required to pay the £5,000 tuition fee deposit
have completed your next steps by the early-bird confirmation deadline
hold an offer for a full-time course and meet all academic and non-academic conditions
be a postgraduate international-fee status student
be a self-funded student (if you have a loan you are eligible, but externally sponsored students are not eligible)
be a new student who has not studied at the University of 91传媒 before
be starting your course in September 2026 or January 2027
pay 50% of your tuition fees (before the scholarship has been applied) by the applicable tuition fee payment deadline.

You will not be eligible if:

your course is a PGCert, PGCE, PGDip, MPharm, MRes, MPhil or PhD
your course is the Pharmacy OSPAP PGDip or MSc
your course is a diploma level qualification eg the Diploma in Professional Studies in Accounting (ACCA)
you are joining a course at a University of 91传媒 partner college or affiliate institution eg East Sussex College Group
you are progressing to the University of 91传媒 from a pre-masters course at the University of 91传媒 International College (UBIC)
you are an applicant for 91传媒 and Sussex Medical School
you are receiving funding from an external sponsor such as government, charity or private organisation
you are joining us from a partner institution where an existing fee discount agreement is in place
you are a graduate of the University of 91传媒 – please see our alumni postgraduate scholarship.

Completing the next steps

Accept your offer

You accept your offer in (the applicant portal). You can log on using your University of 91传媒 username and password.

Go to the Make a decision on your offer tab
Select I would like to accept the offer
Click Submit your decision

Students applying through an agent

If you made your application through an agent, please talk to them about accepting your offer.

Pay your deposit

Self-funded international students who need a visa to study here are required to pay a deposit so that we can issue you a Confirmation for Acceptance for Studies (CAS) number, which you will need to apply for a visa.

Please log into your account to pay your deposit and follow the steps below:

Select Your offer in the left-hand menu
Select Information on your offer from the drop-down list that appears
Click on the button Pay your deposit.

If you are not required to pay the tuition fee deposit, unfortunately you are not eligible for the £500 early-bird confirmation discount.

You don't need to pay the tuition fee deposit if:

you are fully sponsored by the UK government, your home government, the British Council or any international organisation, international company or university
you are in receipt of the Norwegian Lånekassen funding
you are in receipt of Swedish CSN funding
you do not require Student visa sponsorship ie a CAS to study in the UK
you hold a full scholarship such as a Chevening or University of 91传媒 full fee scholarship
you are in receipt of a US Federal loan
you are a progressing University of 91传媒 International College student
you are an alumni of the University of 91传媒.

Request your CAS

To request your CAS you need to have been made an unconditional offer and have firmly accepted it. To be made an unconditional offer you need to send us your confirmed qualification results via the applicant portal as soon as you have them.

Once you have an unconditional offer that you have firmly accepted, you will be invited to complete a CAS application via Enroly CAS Shield.
